The geometric base form of the Pipe of the Year 2022 was developed in a CAD programme. A round, spherical bowl with two opposite, concave sides.
It is a real challenge to create these technical and sophisticated lines by hand. Each piece is therefore unique. The tapered stem, which is intended to look different to the bowl, completes this piece of art. As a mark of quality, the crossed sterling silver pipes are inlaid by hand into the mouthpiece as usual.
